People encouraged us to go further, not to stop doing our job as before and to tell the truth.
Many of them brought along flags and banners with the text "Antena 3 is here." Others chanted "Down with Basescu!" and "Resignation". We assure you that we will continue to do our job with the same dedication and professionalism. Antena 3 is and will be here for you.
A journalist was assaulted by a person. Antena 3 denies the incident. We deny any form of violence during the walk today. Antena 3 is against violence of any kind.
Producer Mircea Badea walked along the Antena 3 supporters, wearing a T-shirt with the message: "The judiciary execute orders and people".
From the middle of the Antena 3 supporters, the producer of the "Subjective" show, “Răzvan Dumitrescu, thanked Romanians for "coming out to take a walk with us around the Cotroceni Palace area.
"It appears we are not alone. Many people want to walk. That which is going on here today is a phenomenon and if people holding high offices in this countries do not understand what it is about, it means they are in a big error", is the message that Mihai Gâdea, the Antena 3 director wanted to convey to us while attending the Cotroceni walk.
"I see, there are still people who jubilate for what happened over these days. Now it is about us, about the terrible abuse of Antena 3," journalist Adrian Ursu said, who attended the Sunday walk around the Palace Cotroceni.
"I came with my parents from Râmnicu Vâlcea. A short walk helps with the democracy . My parents took part in the Revolution for democracy and now we are being deprived of this right ", Ionuţ Budişteanu said, the young IT specialist and inventor who enjoyed the support of Dan Voiculescu’s Foundation for the Development of Romania.
