Following the pattern of the Nana land acqusition, Elena Udrea has also bought land in another village of the Călăraşi county, acquired during the time she served as minister, when she allotted 180.000 euros to have a park arranged in the same village.

Therefore, when Udrea was interim minister of the Environment, in 2010 she funded the Sohatu village by a Government decision. According to Ring daily, the money targeted "the improvement of the environment quality by creating green spaces in the village of Sohatu". The village mayor says the park is a meeting place for young people.

Journalists from the Ring daily write that the one who served as middleman for the PMP President, who was in charge of the land which he registered in the Land Book would be a football player from the village’s team. He is associated to a transport company in Calarasi.

In 2009, 460.000 lei were allotted for a park in the Nana village, where Elena Udrea and the President’s eldest daughter own land.

Elena Udrea bought 21 farming land plots in Calaraşi over the past year.

Ioana Basescu, daughter of President Traian Basescu contracted in September 9, 2013, a loan from CEC Bank, worth RON 4.6 million to buy 290 acres of land in the county of Calarasi guaranteed with present and future accounts with the CEC and the purchased farmland.

Sources: False documents in the purchasing deal of Ioana Basescu. The Berg Company had forged two lease agreements. The documents were the basis of the contract between Ioana Basescu and the Italian company.
