Prime Minister Victor Ponta described as unacceptable the situation created Sunday at the polling stations abroad. The Prime Minister said that in the second round, the MFA will have all the necessary resources so that the vote should take place smoothly.

"What happened on Sunday, I said it very clearly, in London, in Paris, where there were people who wanted to vote and could not vote, it is unacceptable, it is a failure of organization because it was the same number of polling stations, the same number of voters, but it was an anti-fraud system - and very good it was – so that what happened in 2009 should not happen anymore, but which made the voting process take too long and people were unable to vote.

Today it was the Central Electoral Bureau - because all the measures can be taken by the Central Electoral Burea - and we have made available for MFA all the financial means, the people needed, for everything to be all right. The Foreign Minister himself I think it will be in London. All Secretaries of State and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs management will be in Berlin, in Paris, where there were problems in the past. I told them very clearly that on November 16, all Romanians who want to vote, must vote. If there is just one Romanian who wanted to vote and could not because of the organization process, the whole team at MFA will have to leave " Victor Ponta said on a TV show.
