The ambassadors and consuls from the countries where Romanians did not get to vote will give explanations to the Foreign Ministry. In addition, Prime Minister Victor Ponta asked the Central Electoral Bureau to order the measures necessary for people who vote abroad not to stand for hours in line.

If there is a single Romanian who will not be able to vote on November 16, Titus Corlatean and all those involved in the electoral process will pay by losing their positions, Ponta announced.

Foreign Minister Titus Corlatean says the main culprits for the problems encountered in the voting process abroad, along with the procedure of statements filing were the representatives of the parties.

Victor Ponta assured that he would provide the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with everything needed so that the activity in the polling stations in the Diaspora should be able to compensate for the lack of political parties representatives, who, legally, should be there. Prime Minister warned that minister Titus Corlatean will lose his function if the situation is repeated in the elections of 16 November. Thousands of Romanians could not vote in the presidential elections Sunday in several cities in Europe.
