Romanian boxer Ronald Gavril, 28, on Sunday defeated US Jessie Nicklow in an eight-round super middleweight bout at MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Agerpres reports.
Gavril won by unanimous decision, with this being his 13th win as a professional boxer, nine of which were before the end of the round; he has been defeated once.
Nicklow, 28, has a larger tally, with 24 victories (8 KO), 7 defeats and 3 draws. He has lost all his last four matches, with his latest victory going back to November 2013.
Ronald ''The Thrill'' Gavril is a member of the Mayweather Promotions team headed by multiple-time world champion Floyd Mayweather.
