I am happy to be here with the girls, to be again part of the same team, I hope I’ll do my best, to be well trained and to win. (…) I do not know when I am getting the operation, it is necessary, but I feel well currently. I underwent some tests and they are ok. I do not know when I’m getting the operation, but currently I feel well. I will play in Dubai and Doha and I believe that even further, but for now, these two tournaments are the only ones in my mind ",stated number 3 WTA, according to Mediafax.
Halep has played so far with two of the Czech Republic team members and she defeated them.
"I’ll have the public on my side, I’ll have very many Romanians to support us, I hope to have the necessary strength to win the matches and help the team. But it won’t be easy, they are strong opponents and have a lot of experience with Fed Cup, because they have won the trophy many times. We will see if I can win. In Fed Cup , your ranking does not matter", the best Romanian player of the moment said.
Friday a draw will be held to set the FED Cup matches schedule, to be played on Saturday and Sunday at the Polyvalent Hall in Cluj-Napoca.
