NASA researchers made a major scientific discovery on Mars! Scientists say they have evidence that briny water may flow on the surface of the Red Planet. The flows only appear when the temperature on the surface of Mars rises above minus 23 degrees Celsius. The water can run in such frigid conditions because the salts lower the freezing point of water, keeping it liquid far below 0 degrees Celsius.
