The PDL leader also added that he  had nothing to reproach himself  regarding president Traian Băsescu.

“I have nothing to reproach  myself towards president Basescu”, Blaga stated, specifying  that the head of state would have to accept , finally, the  elections outcome  within the PDL . .

Concerning  Cristian Diaconescu’s announcement related the establishment of the Peoples Movement, Blaga stated that if this foundation transformed into a party, then  it would be a competitor  for the PDL .

He added that PDL members, including Elena Udrea could  join the Peoples Movement  as long as it did not became a party, keeping its status as a foundation.

Blaga   emphasized that the democrat liberals could be members of the Peoples Movement  as long as they did not criticize nor attacked the party,   if they did then they would be expelled from the party  in compliance with the Party’s Statute.
