King Mihai and Queen Ana are in Switzerland, where they will be visited, next week, by Princess Margareta and her Consort, Radu Duda, the Royal House announced.
During their stay, the King will throw a festive dinner party to which family friends will also be invited.
The Royal House's message comes to dismiss recent rumours about King Mihai's death.
In late December, a former member of the Royal Council claimed that the King was isolated and the messages bearing His Majesty's signature which were made public by the Royal House did not belong to him.
