The prosecutors from CSM, The Superior Council of Magistracy, voted against the dismissal of the General Prosecutor Augustin Lazar. The votes were five to one. All members voted against, except for the Minister of Justice, Tudorel Toader.
The notice will be held until November 21, when it will reach the Presidential Administration and President Klaus Iohannis will have to make a decision.
