Giulesti maternity hospital is in big trouble again

The family of an infant born with serious congenital anomalies at the Giuleşti Maternity Hospital in spite of perfect birth defect testing during pregnancy is suing for one million euros in damages. The baby's father will submit two complaints at the Prosecutor General's office today: one accusing the medical staff of having replaced their infant in the maternity unit and the other one charging doctors with malpractice.
