No more plagiarized doctoral theses?

Universities will be able to withdraw doctoral degrees and diplomas, no matter how they were awarded. The Minister of Education has dissolved the Committee in charge of examining PhD theses and has announced he will establish a specialized institution following consultations with the Romanian Academy and the National Council of Rectors.
