No project know-how, 9 years after UE accession

Infrastructure remains the weakest sector in terms of EU funds absorbtion, the Romanian Minister of European Funds told us in an exclusive interview. In other words, we don't know how to create projects or write contracts and infrastructure works take us much longer to complete or they are done wrong. One such example is the demolished Sibiu-Orăştie motorway segment, that may cost Romania EU funds worth some 300 million lei.
