The Cort in Cluj has decided that Uber is being an unfair competition for taxi companies. Judge Rares Costea presented this decision in front of a court.
However the decision can be appealed and is not final.
Romania is not the first country that benned Uber. The company which was founded in San Francisco, USA, was prohibited in Germany since 2015 and last year was banned from London.
