Put on warm coats, Ceauşescu would say

Minus 25 degrees Celsius was yesterday's lowest temperature in this country. Almost all the residents of Romania are affected by this cold snap, but people with a heart condition, children and the elderly suffer the most. And it was only the first frosty day of the week.  Weather forecasters say we must brace up for extremely low temperatures through the weekend.
