Dacia has recently launched the new Logan generation in Romania, where the model is available for its future customers starting at 6,690 euros, VAT included.

After it was officially presented to the public at the 2012 Paris Motor Show a couple of months ago, in a world premiere, the new Dacia Logan generation is ending up in our news once again, this time with the car manufacturer announcing its launch in Romania. The cheapest version of the Dacia Logan II is the Access and it’s coming with a 1.2 liter 16-valve engine, producing a total output of 75 horsepower. Prices for this variant start at 6,690 euros, VAT included.

Dacia is also offering the same engine from the Twingo and Clio, TCE 90, with its turbocharged three-cylinders, on the new Logan generation, which is producing a total output of 90 HP and 135 Nm of torque. Diesel lovers can choose the 1.5 liter dCi in two outputs, 75 HP and 90 HP. All engines are mated to a five-speed manual transmission for the moment and they are complying with the Euro 5 emission standards. The Dacia Logan II is the cheapest model in the segment, with the Renault Symbol being priced at 9,500 euros, the Kia Rio Sedan at 10,300 euros and the Chevy Aveo Sedan being priced from almost 11,000 euros.
