Sharing a lot of features with the Mitsubishi ASX and even with the Mitsubishi Outlander, two models which are significantly cheaper, the Peugeot 4008 compact SUV has been recently launched in Romania where the model has a base starting price set at 34,000 euros. According to the French based automaker, the 4008 is available in Romania with two diesel engines, even if internationally the model is also getting two petrol units.
The base version is being offered with the 1.6 liter HDi engine, producing 115 HP and 270 Nm of torque, or 280 Nm with overboost, and it has a starting price of 33,967 euros, while for the top of the line version, its future Romanian customers will have to pay 36,292 euros. For the money, the 1.8 liter HDi engine becomes available, with its 150 HP and 300 Nm of torque.
