NAFA wants to evict Antena 3 in five days, which engenders the outlet’s broadcasting, since an entire TV channel cannot move out in less than a week.
Antena 3 broadcasting is threatened, announced Alessandra Stoicescu, Monday, during the 100 minutes show. ”NAFA has sent its agents to take us out of the premises”, Stoicescu said.
”Order a rent payment decision or give us a reasonable term to move out”, asked the Antena 3 director , Mihai Gâdea.
"NAFA inspectors said we have five days to leave these buildings," Mihai Gadea said, who added that a television channel cannot move in less than a week.
” Antena 3 journalists argue that this is an ”execution”, not an enforcement.
”Some NAFA troops have arrived simultaneously in several headquarters of Antena TV. (...) Our lawyers have tried to have a dialogue with NAFA. My impression was and is that we are dealing with a foreclosure. This may be an action meant to close down the TV station ", Mihai Gadea warned.

The buildings in which these television stations Antena 1 and Antena 3 operate must be evacuated within five working days following the notification received yesterday by the Directorate General of Regional Finance Bucharest.

On August 8, 2014, the Court of Appeal ruled the conviction of Dan Voiculescu, founder of the Intact Group and the Conservative Party, to 10 years imprisonment. Also then it was decided that the headquarters of Antena 3, the tower building in Baneasa and more land would be confiscated. Hundreds of square meters, properties and millions of euros have been confiscated from the Voiculescu family, after the Court of Appeal sentence, thus all the goods entered into the State’s ownership.
More documents pointing out the judges abuse in the case Dan Voiculescu was sentenced to jail in August 2014, were presented on Antena 3.
Documents show that one of the buildings confiscated in the trial, " Intact Media Group Tower " from Street Garlei , number 1, was purchased by Grivco SRL on 15/06/1999. If this building was purchased in 1999, how can it be the outcome of a crime that had been committed in 2003? This was the question that Mihai Gadea sent to the public.
