Antena 3 and Oana Stancu won the appeal filed against the President of ANI, Horia Georgescu, after they had also won the huge lawsuit launched by the latter against several Antena 3 producers and against the post. The decision was announced on December 30, 2014.

The Antena 3 producer pointed out that there are several allegations being uttered against the ANI president, some made by his family too.
Horia Georgescu opened the law suit after the disclosures made by Oana Stancu on Antenna 3, disclosures that pointed out that Horia Georgescu, holding a high public office in an institution whose purpose is to check other people’s fortune, could not account for his own.
