Only two months after commercial banks started to extend no credit check, no guarantor loans again, central bank Governor Mugur Isărescu came forth to express his disapproval of this predatory lending scheme.
This time, the central banker decided to go one step further and call for a sociological survey to be carried out with a view to clearly understanding the reason why bank customers apply for such a loan.
