In sixyears time Romania could have high speed railway lines. .The Chinese want to invest in Romania in a high-speed line to Constanta and the modernization of other rail networks.

China has to date over 10,000 kilometers of high-speed rail line, the most important, between Beijing and Shanghai, was built in about 4 years.

From initial estimates such a line that would link Constanta to  Hungary would cost about 11 billion euros.
