Romania lost EU funds amounting to one billion euros over 2007-2013 and was fined more than 600 million euros because of various disfunctionalities, the Minister of Agriculture announced.
Prime Minister Dacian Cioloş went to the Ministry of Agriculture yesterday to check its priorities and the progress made of late.
