Antena 3, Radio ZU and Sports Gazette registered increases of their net numbers in the financial year 2014. Intact Media Group is the only media trust with developments both in the TV and on radio and in print segments. Antena 3, the news television of the group and market leader, had incomes worth EUR 206,000 in 2014, an increase by 23.6% compared to the previous year. Antena 3's turnover in 2014 was EUR 15,415,000.

Camina Media Group, the entity that holds the licenses of Romantic FM and Radio ZU, had a net figure of 647 000 euros, thus recording a significant increase compared to 2013. The turnover of the company amounted in 2014 to EUR 6.75 million.

In the print segment, Convergent Media, which publishes Sports Gazeta, registered a profit (199,000 euros), its turnover amounted to 6.402 million euros, under the circumstances where the print markets income decreased more and more . Intact Media Academy, the television group school, grew its net income, while turnover reached EUR 567,000.

In 2014, Antena Group, which owns Antena 1, Antena Stars, Euphoria and ZU TV has chosen to invest in content, through the acquisition of major international formats , production teams and VIP names in television. Antenna Group turnover was up by 8.3% in 2014 compared to 2013 EBITDA amounted to EUR 5.916 million.

At the same time, Antena Group strategy aimed particularly the commercial segment of 18-49, which increased by 8% during the day and by 5% in prime time. Also in 2014, Antena TV Group launched ZU TV, dedicated to young people.
The main objective of 2015 remains the attraction of a large number of viewers of the public commercial segment, an objective which implies further investments in content. Antena 1 is preparing for this fall, six spectacular shows in prime time, three of them will be showed for the first time.
In the first five months of the year, Intact Media Group's TV division recorded an audience growth on all slots and all types of public, at commercial level, urban and national levels. The antennas are audience leaders on three slots for commercial target– Morning, Access, Day Time – on five slots for the All Urban – Whole Day, Morning, Day Time, Access sand Late Fringe – and on four slots for the national target– Whole Day, Day Time, Access and Late Fringe.
All Intact group stations have registered increases of market shares being watched at national level, in the Whole Day slot by 10.663 million people every day for at least one minute.
"In an overcrowded media market, Intact Media Group holds a 24.3% market share, it is a solid business, with positive results, with taxes paid amounting to 20 million euros to the state last year alone, with ten million viewers every day and with the most important TV professional team in Romania, " Camelia Voiculescu said, shareholder of the companies members of Intact Media Group.
