In Romania, the crisis is just beginning, because the private sector crisis is setting off now, economic analyst Ilie Şerbănescu believes.
"My personal opinion is that, in Romania, the crisis is just beginning, because this crisis in the private sector is setting off. (...) For 20 years, there has been a massive transfer from state to private going on, in many ways, privatization it's only a little part, the greatest part is visible through the relationships that the state has with the private sector in economic terms, " analyst Ilie Şerbănescu said Sunday on the Meeting Point show on Antenna 3.
"This transfer has been going on for 20 years ", Şerbănescu added.
Ilie Şerbănescu believes that there are private companies emerging on the market due to the State.
"Private companies will have a more difficult time, because they won’t have their source of strength, the state", the analyst believes.
According to him, over the last four years, 100,000 companies became insolvent, there are still 600,000 active companies currently in Romania.
