The French group added that the subsidiary’s activities in Greece would be transferred to the division in Romania.
The company said the decision was part of the revision of its operations in Central and South America.
The Michelin Group started its activity in Romania in August 2001, and today it has nearly 3,000 employees in our country and three factories, two in Zalau and one in Floreşti, and a commercial network.
Since 2005, Romania has became a regional center for the Michelin Group's business operations in Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Bosnia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia.
