Romania will lose billions of euro, European money because the authorities failed to observe the rules regarding public procurement, environmental agreements and building permits in national projects.
If all this could have been observed, our country could attract European funds at a rate of 90, even 95 percent, says Minister of European Funds, Aura Răducu in an interview with Daily Income on Antena 3.
March 2017 is the due date on which Romania must send the final bill to the EU and conclude all the projects for the programming period 2007-2013.
Meanwhile, authorities are trying to stall and manage using the European money.
