Antenna Group announces the launch in the first half of the year, of the most dynamic and fresh television channel dedicated to cool young people, active and fun-loving: ZU TV! The new television station will give a new dimension to the ZU phenomenon, bringing for the first time a unique experience on a single integrated platform: news and information that resonate with the young audiences, lifestyle, music, the hottest stars of the moment and ZU-per event!
Since its debut in 2009, Radio ZU is the absolute leader in Bucharest. The radio channel is listened to by 1.615 400 Romanians daily, at national level, and it has over 1.3 million fans on Facebook. Approximately 600,000 unique visitors per month access the ZU site and its national events and campaigns have collected numerous awards for creativity and popularity. In 2013, the FORZA ZU Iasi attracted over 100,000 people, making it one of the biggest events in Romania.
The TV station will bring new and exciting challenges for the young prepared by a cheerful team of professionals, who will be in permanent communication with the public. Antenna Group thus provides Romanians and business partners with an interactive platform, integrated, 360 °, perfectly adapted to their concerns and needs.
The launching of ZU TV is part of the new Antenna Group content development strategy, in tune with the audience reaction and market dynamics. The first step in this direction was the online debut of the Dish Play platform, with 500,000 active accounts in less than half a year, followed in December by Antenna Stars, the TV channel exclusively dedicated to celebrities. Antenna Stars is part of a 360 ° content entity, doubling its audience in the first month of broadcasting, compared to last year. ZU TV will launch on the GSP TV platform and the current channel team will be complemented by a very good editorial and production team.
