A Romanian are among the most talented photographers in the world. Vlad Eftenie was declared the winner in the category "Open Light" in an international competition.
"First Snow" the name of the winning picture was selected from more than 70,000 photos and captures two pedestrians in the middle of snow, in a tram station of 41 on Turda, in Bucharest
Vlad Eftenie lives in Bucharest and is a lecturer at the University of Architecture Ion Mincu.
