Among the four reports made by the Premiere show team that our colleagues will take to New York, there are Forgotten (Best Investigative Report and Best topical report) and Dirty business (Best Investigative Reporting) .

Forgotten - Ignored by the state, abandoned in hospitals, hundreds of Romanian children need help. There is no money for their care, no human warmth to save them from further trauma. And while thousands of mothers want a baby, Romanians abandon in hospitals beds healthy and innocent little babies who are entitled to a family.

Antenna 3 campaign conducted together with the Observatory show Children are not invisible  was nominated in the Best social reporting category.

The Children are not invisible - Hundreds of thousands of children across Romania are unseen. There are children who do not have any ID, birth certificate or identification paper. And as such they do not exist, they cannot be vaccinated, they cannot be assisted in medical emergencies, they cannot go to school. They just do not exist for the Romanian state. The indifference or helplessness of the community they belong to cancel any chance these children might have. The hardest thing for the children is that they have no future.

Another campaign of the Observatory, Children are not for sale, was nominated in two categories: The best news documentary/Special.

Children are not for sale - In Romania, they sell anything. Even an innocent soul. It seems outrageous, but there are parents willing to give their child for a few thousands of dollars. The purchase price is negotiated like in the market. Also, maternities in the country are filled with abandoned children who cannot be adopted. The Observatory shows you a Romania the way you've never seen it. The Romania of parents for whom the money is more important than the life of their babies.
