Young Romanian Szecklers with an "appetite" for cooking have revived a long-standing tradition in a locality close to Miercurea Ciuc.
They were invited to take part in the second, Kurtoş Colacs local Festival. People from all over the country stopped by to taste the famous Hungarian dish, made in strict accordance with forefathers' recipes.
