March 2014 brings better rating numbers for the Intact Media Group televisions on most of the day intervals, both for the commercial and the urban public.

Compared to March 2013, the “Antennas” are raising their market share, being leaders in the following hourly segments on the urban public.

-         whole day (2-26h)  + 1, 5 % ( 23,2% vs. 21,7.% competition)

-         day time  (10-16h)  + 11, 7 % ( 25,3% vs. 13,6% competition)

-         access (16 -19h)  + 4 % (24,6 %  vs.  20.6% competition)

-         late fringe (23 – 26h)  + 3 % ( 22.4,% vs. 19,4% competition)

-         all day  (6-26h)   +1.3 % (23,2% vs. 21,9% competition)

Intact televisions are leaders in the day time interval and on the commercial public in March, with a market share of 21.4%.

Compared to February this year, the Intact Media Group Televisions register higher appreciations of their market share on most intervals among the urban public and the commercial one, the most remarkable of them being the increased ratings on the morning and access segments.

Moreover, the first three months of 2014 has brought along appreciations of the Intact group televisions market shares on the most important segments of the day, at urban level

-         Whole day  + 2,6%

-         Day time  + 10,7 %

-         Access   + 4,7%

-         Late Fringe  +2,3%

-         All Day  + 2,4 %

Antena 1, the most beloved entertainment television in Romania, increased its market share in the commercial audience segments and morning segments (15%) or access. Antena 1 is the absolute leader in the day time market both for the urban and commercial public.

The best rated shows in February were "Next Star", " Dance Romania ", "Don’t mess with blondes", "I know you," "Junior Chef", the Observer news journal editions, and Romanians Daily landmarks: Morning’, “A bride for my son”, “Direct Access” and “A sinner’s show”.

Antena 3 is the most watched news channel in Romania, ranking 3rd in the televisions chart in February. There were increased ratings registered in all periods of the day, the most important being the day time (21%), access (28%), late fringe (23%) and prime time (13%). The most watched programs are "Daily Summary", "Meeting Point", "Subjective", "On Today’s Agenda", "Premiere with Carmen Avram", "Sequential" ,"Q & A" and "In the Press”

Antena Stars, the television station telling you everything you want to know about the stars, increases its market share on all segments in March, spectacular appreciations being registered in the morning segment (+180%), in day time (+77%), late fringe (+100%) and whole day (+ 60%). The most popular programs feature “Mean but Good”, “The VIP Agent ”, “Wonder life”,  “Nurses”, “VIP files”, “Beyond appearances”, “Star News” and “Star Chef”.

Euphoria TV, the TV station for women, has registered increased ratings on most slots in March 2014, the highest appreciation is in day time (200%), Access (+113%), late fringe (93%), whole day (88 %). The film series "Sex and the City", "Heirs", "Dr. House", Life" as well as the new season in the local production “Prodanca and Reghe: International Relations", have contributed to achieving higher ratings.

Present in the TV stations top for March, in daytime, on commercial public, Intsact is the only media group with three participants in the top: Antena1, Antena 3 and Antena Stars. The Intact Media Group Televisions had, during March, an average reach of de 6.351.000 viewers during the whole day.
