Unexpected blow to former President Traian Basescu after the "Mihaileanu house" case file another controversial and difficult case has been reopened.
Basescu is investigated for how he assigned a house to himself during the time he was mayor of Bucharest .
Traian Basescu approved himself a house to live in during the time he was mayor of Bucharest, the right to buy a property in the Mihaileanu Street, nr. 2 , which he initially received only for use as home duty. Basescu's defender before the charges of forgery and use of forgery was Elena Udrea.
After resigning from Cotroceni, Udrea has resumed her activity as a lawyer and she submitted in court the documents defending Traian Basescu.
