Antonescu changed his mind. In what circumstances he will run for the presidency

Crin Antonescu  might run for the presidency of Romania, if a group,  large enough would ask him to, the former party leader said without explaining what a group  "large enough" would mean.

In an interview for  DeCeNews, Antonescu  stated  that he would change his mind  only  if the party realized  that it did not have a better option at beating  Victor Ponta in the presidential elections.

A month ago, the former president of PNL, Crin Antonescu announced that he withdrew from the race, although he considered himself “the strongest candidate  the right wing could have”.

"If it happens that a large group, but  a great one , from PNL, were to conclude, what I hope will not happen and I do not think it  will happen, that  made ​​all kinds of evaluations, we counted, weighed and if you do  not run, we stand no chance, Ponta wins, the Social Democrats will win >, then I will have no hesitation to do it ",  Crin Antonescu said.
