The Supreme Court rejected the appeal in cassation on January 27 filed by Dan Voiculescu on the judgment in the Telepathy case file. Lawyer Gheorghe Mateut says he will ask the review of the decision, which enables the correction of some judgment errors. Moreover, the defender of Dan Voiculescu said he had already filed a complained with the ECHR.
