Judge Camelia Bogdan convicted  businessman Catalin Chelu to serve  six years in prison in the  " MIA Bribe " case,  for attempting  to bribe a former state secretary in the Ministry of the Interior Dan Valentin Fatuloiu.

Judge Camelia Bogdan had only a week available to review the case.  

Like in the Telepathy case,, Camelia Bogdan dismissed all  the claims  submitted by the defense about serious irregularities committed by DNA prosecutors.
