Elena Udrea's lawyer argues that the reasoning of the court that ordered the arrest of his client in the Gala Bute case is based only on the denunciations obtained by prosecutors which however, are not proved.
Marius Striblea argues that Elena Udrea has got no criminal involvement in the " Bute Gala " case .
"The denunciations contain certain information. (...) Mrs. Udrea said that the allegations made in the form of denunciations by X or Y are made by those people in order to escape from preventive measure that they are serving or for some of them to avoid entering a preventive measure, " the lawyer Marius Striblea said.

"In the Gala Bute case, no material office abuse offense is identified . (...) What has Mrs. Udrea actually did so it should be an office abuse and incur damages and what are the proofs to that effect?. In the Gala Bute Mrs. Udrea has got no criminal involvement despite the debates being held ", the lawyer added Saturday during the "Q&A" show.
