The ruling Coalition in Romania is meeting in session today to make a decision on the new Fiscal Code, after the Romanian President refused to promulgate it.
Prime Minister Victor Ponta criticized the head of state for this decision and said the Cabinet could have Fiscal Code passed by means of an emergency ordinance or by assuming responsibility over the new law in Parliament.
