For 10 years, Traian Basescu played a dirty game. On the one hand, he said that he fought for justice, on the other hand, he was fighting that he might bring it under his direct command.

The SIPA archive, the key to blackmailing the magistrates, but also how Traian Basescu made direct threats to those whom he had named were presented Saturday on the Q & A show on Antena 3.
Now that he has left the Cotroceni, he is glad to spend time with his grandchildren and together with his protejee in custody, they are trying to remind everyone that they have once been their masters.
"He who is in handcuffs is also the one who leads Romania," Elena Udrea said a few days before being arrested.

The SIPA archive the key to blackmailing the magistrates

The Information and Anticorruption Protection Service (SIPA) of the Ministry of Justice was abolished at the express order of Macovei, former Minister of Justice during the term in office of Traian Basescu.
The Superior Council of Magistracy (SCM) asked to take the SIPA archive, but the request was ignored.
Since 2005, the inventory of the former SIPA archive began and the team designated to handle the inventory also comprised Cristi Danilet, adviser to Macovei.

Cătălin Predoiu, then the Minister of Justice ordered the immediate abolishment of tens of thousands of files, but left office before his initiative was implemented.

The information was presented Saturday on the Q&A show on Antena 3.
