A Government "can be taken down" through a censure motion, Prime Minister Sorin Grindeanu stated on Sunday, adding that he won't resign.
When asked if he will resign in order to "please the street," Sorin Grindeanu responded that the "democratic game" must be resumed, according to which the Government can be dismissed through a censure motion.
"Next week, (...) we have two challenges in Parliament. On one hand the budget, in which we say we integrated the funding stipulated in our governance programme for each ministry, on each institution, so that everything that we proposed can be found in the state budget, and we have the censure motion. This is the democratic game and I believe that we have to return as urgent as possible to these notions. (...) The manner though which a Government can be dismissed would be though a censure motion, because the other method, the one in which I would resign, it's not possible, because I won't resign," PM Grindeanu stated on the Antena 3.
