Victor Ponta will not set up another party and he will not leave the ranks of the Social Democratic Party either.
The latter's president, Liviu Dragnea, gave assurances that the former Prime Minister was going to run for MP again on the Social-Democrats' lists.
Dragnea also pointed out that Ponta had no intention to join the mayoral election race in Bucharest.
