Klaus Iohannis backs the idea to set up a Museum of the Jewish People who perished in the Holocaust. The Romanian President delivered a speech in memory of all the innocent lives cut short during World War Two.
In view of the ongoing refugee crisis, Iohannis said that Romania must do away with populism and discrimination of any kind.
The Head of State pointed out that this country learned its lesson from the past and that taking responsibility for a dark period in world history should be public policy.
