One of the most visible and outspoken career diplomats on a mission to Romania is at the end of his term in office and he already misses our country.
Dutch Ambassador Matthijs van Bonzel says that the four years he has spent in this country have been the most interesting ones in his entire career.
His Excellency advises Romanians to care less about the Schengen Area and politics in general and more about the local economy.
He also hopes that large investments in infrastructure, healthcare and education will help Romania draw foreign businessmen like a magnet.
