Dan Voiculescu welcomes the establishment of the social-liberal Humanist Power Party. He says, in a post on his blog, that the new formation takes over the humanistic doctrine promoted by himself in 1992. A group of young and former Conservative Party members, disappointed by the direction in which Daniel Constantin is taking the party, began efforts to establish the new party. Humanist Power Party representatives say that social-liberal claim they target the Romanian middle class and support the promotion of domestic capital.
Dan Voiculescu argues that the social liberal Humanist Power Party takes over the humanist doctrine which recognizes dignity, value and possibilities of perfection of the human being. This doctrine appeared as a response to the capitalist and socialist system deficiencies, which do not take into account the human nature.
"Romania is drifting. Capitalism and socialism are compromised: Both were denied by life (see the repeated attempts of adaptation). Neither of the two have any ideological grounds after the disappearance of antagonism between capital and the working class, both capitalism and socialism did not take into account the human nature in developing doctrinal principles, " Dan Voiculescu wrote in his blog
Dan Voiculescu says the new party adopted the humanistic doctrine precisely because it aims to build a healthy social construction based on middle-class family values.
"The reality is that the world is made up of of people who have initiative, of individuals who know how to organize and manage, but also from people who need support. History will confirm or deny the validity of this doctrine which we called a fourth way ", the Professor writes on his blog.
