Art. 9 - (2) The activity of the Foreign Intelligence Service (SIE) is a state secret.
(3) The Foreign Intelligence Service documents are stored in their own archive and can be consulted, depending on classification, under the law, with the Director's approval.
Art. 10 - (2) The sources of information, methods and working instruments cannot be disclosed to anyone under any circumstances.
Law 182/2002 on the classified information
Art. 36.
(1) The individuals who have been entrusted with classified information are required to ensure their protection under the law and comply with spill prevention programs of classified information.
(2) The obligations referred to in paragraph (1) are maintained after termination of employment and professional service throughout the period of maintenance of the classification of information.
