Almost four thousand people and as many vehicles brought traffic to a standstill in downtown Bucharest, blocked the major access roads to the city including the ringroad and turned the Victoria Square into a hugecar park.
Transporters claim that the ever more expensive fuels and car insurance have made them hit rock bottom.
