PMP President, Elena Udrea, denies having taken bribes in the restitution cases dealt with by the ANRP, although the document from DNA published today in the press clearly says that the money went to the Cocos family. "NEVER, under any circumstances, have I  intervened for  anyone in the  ANRP top management, I did not speak to any representative of this institution whom, in fact I did not even know. As I have already said, I did not know  that Alina Bica, my  colleague in the Government at the time, was the representative of the Ministry of Justice with the   ANRP.

But, in relation to certain information that reached my  ears at the time, about possible illegalities committed by the Agency’s  President, I talked with colleagues in the party leadership. But not only with colleagues !!! All those whom I complained  to, told me that I was wrong, that there was no evidence to support that ... Justice to the end also means truth to the end! Tic tac tic tac ... ... "wrote Udrea Sunday on her Facebook page.

The National Anticorruption Directorate document shows, however, that the whole Cocos family took bribes.

"These shares were traded and the amounts obtained were withdrawn from accounts held at various banks, and some of the money was directed to the  Cocos family members (Cocoş Dorin, Cocoş Alin Gabriela Elena Udrea)," the DNA document reads.
