Most of the Bucharesters who spent their New Year's Eve holidays in Romanian mountain resorts have returned to the capital city. Those who postponed their departure, waiting for the traffic flow to become more fluid in the Prahova Valley, have apparently made the right decision.
They would much rather spend an extra day in hotels or on the slopes than in a car, moving at speeds of up to five miles an hour.
