Aproximatively 200.000 euros will enter the accounts of the presidential family. Lawyer Pricop who has secretely married  the president’s eledest daughter will be getting this week the first  part from the restitutions for the land of the ancient Bratianu family. The compensation process is a very controversial one because one of the Bratianu family’s heirs who  was not dead at the date the ruling was passed, as the court had erroneously said.

Radu Tudor commented on the piece of news during the  On Today’s Agenda show. "The right of action appearing amongst the rights of  this team litigious rights bounty hunters, namely killing a person in papers - a person who is alive - is a crime that is extremely serious. I consulted a prosecutor and two lawyers. Basically, when you kill a man in papers to take his money,  to get his fortune – that accounts for something  between 5 to 7 years in prison with execution. "

"The  Băsescu clan is  comitting more and more criminal  actions that are very serious ", added  Radu Tudor.
