Gregorian Biovolaru won’t come to Romania. The MISA leader has asked the French authorities to release him under judicial control and most of all not to extradite him to Romania.
Bivolaru will find out if judges convict him on March 23, when the next appearance in his extradition trial has been set.
The spiritual leader of MISA has to serve 6 years in prison for sexual relations with a minor.
Gregorian Bivolaru was captured 12 years after being convicted. Cops caught him at a book fair after a stakeout for 10 days in Paris.
