Mihai Gâdea returns Thursday night with a new explosive edition of the ”Daily Summary”, on Antena 3. After the disclosures made by the Political Investigation Group related to the Telepathy/ICA case file and presented by Mihai Gâdea and Mugur Ciuvică, Wednesday in the same show, the Judicial Inspection started an investigation in this case.

"Is it a question or a fact that following the cascade attacks of the then President in office, Traian Basescu, against Antena 3 and its founder, a decision to confiscate the premises of Antena 3 and the sentencing of Professor Dan Voiculescu was ruled", asked Mihai Gadea.
Five referals registered by the Judicial Inspection on the name of Camelia Bogdan
Invited on the program, Adina Anghelescu revealed that the Judicial Inspection has got a new leadership, of only 9 days.
"He is a sensible judge, a professional, Mr. Lucian Netejoru, who assumed to refer this. (..) I asked how many complaints are pending resolution by the Judicial Inspection on the name of judge Camelia Bogdan and found that there are five. For 3 of which they have already started disciplinary investigation. They are not allowed to tell me what those complaints targeted, but intuition tells me that one of these disciplinary investigation is done in the Telepathy case, "said Adina Anghelescu.
The CCR decision puts in doubt the attachments conducted in the Telepathy case file
Mihai Gâdea and Adina Anghelescu presented the Constitutional Court decision no.11 of 15.01.2015 regarding the exception of unconstitutionality that shows where the errors have been committed in the said case.
The Court finds that the assets that were acquired before the entry into force of Law 63/2012 cannot be attached when offenses were committed after 2012.
